Maddy Francis, MS, ACSM-CEP

Maddy is an exercise professional with a degree in Integrative Physiology from CU Boulder and a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Denver. Fitness has always been part of my life, starting as a three sport athlete in high school and continuing through pickup soccer and intramural sports in college. I’ve worked with all ages and fitness levels, from 5 year olds to grandparents, even including Division I college athletes. I focus on making fitness practical, motivating, and enjoyable, and I meet people where they are to help them build strength and confidence. I’m originally from Massachusetts and came to Colorado to enjoy moving my body in the amazing weather and explore in the mountains! Outside of training I spend my time crocheting, or baking, sometimes skiing or hiking.
